Hayley was phenomenal… She was very professional and easy to talk to. I have and will continue to recommend this office to every woman who is looking for a gyno! She’s definitely an amazing addition to Dr. Phelan’s office, which I’ve been going to for atleast 18 years!!!!

I have been to more ob/gyns than I can count. I’ve never had it easy when it comes to female issues. I have also never had a doctor that hears me out completely and looks for ways to go above and beyond to help. Haley was so kind and caring and really validated my concerns. I hardly feel like more than just a number with a lot of doctors, but that was absolutely not the case with Haley. Not only the doctors but also the rest of the staff were so kind and welcoming. This practice is such a breath of fresh air!

This is my second time using the Folsom Surgery Center. What an incredible administrating staff, fabulous RN's - Julie, Janice, Loni, Liz, Justin & Kate, my easy going Anesthesiologists - Dr. Chan, MD and my wonderful Dr. Timothy Phelan, MD. I was in great hands, they were professional, kind, caring, gentle and always kept me updated on what was taking place. This made this procedure run smooth and it help me stay calm knowing I was in the presence of knowledgeable individuals with years of experience. I feel blessed and highly recommend The Folsom Surgery Center & Dr. Timothy Phelan, MD. Thank You ❤️

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Phelan throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery. He was incredibly supportive and never pressured me into decisions. He really respected my choices and helped me create the pregnancy and birth plan I wanted while keeping everything as safe as possible. At every appointment, he took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and made me feel heard and comfortable. When it came time for labor, everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. One of the most special moments was that my husband was even able to deliver our baby, which was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for him and something we’ll never forget. If we have more children in the future, we would absolutely come back. 10/10 recommend!

Everyone in the office treats me with respect and seems to legitimately like their jobs. Every time I come in, I’m impressed at how they take the time to talk and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable OBGYN clinic.

I was recommended Dr. Phelan by a friend who had the most positive experience delivering twins under his care and after having my first baby delivered by him I would also highly recommend him. He was very respectful of the way I wanted to give birth, informed me of certain decisions I wanted to make, was not judgmental at all. My labor and delivery took its course but Dr. Phelan was supportive of my birth plan, which was so appreciated because I’ve heard too many stories of other doctors that would not have been as patient. I will be back and recommend him to anyone else looking for a kind, caring, supportive doctor.

I've never had a more caring doctor and office staff! Dr. Phelan has delivered both of my babies and my experience couldn't have been better! I've referred multiple friends to him and they have also had great experiences as well. I would highly recommend him and his office!!

I am so thankful I found Creekside OB/Gyn through Google maps! Dr Phelan is one of the best. He is incredibly experienced and caring and was able to successfully deliver my son despite some labor difficulties I was experiencing. I cannot thank him enough. Also Dr Phelan's team is top notch, especially Carrie. From the first phone call with her at 9 weeks pregnant to 6 weeks postpartum, she is always friendly, responsive and caring. It's a bit of a trek for us to Folsom, but it's worth every mile to be looked after by such a top notch team.

Dr. Phelan is an amazing OB. I just had my first child and he was there every step of the way. He always let me make my own decisions and when I asked he gave me his. He always let me make my own choices. He was available when I was laboring coming to check on me and see how I was doing, when I was ready to make medical decisions he was right there next to me support whatever decision I choose. He is a great listener, understanding and caring doctor! I will go choose him every time to help deliver my children!

Dr. Phelan is AWESOME! I loved working with him. He was my OB for my first baby and as a first time mom I was new to all of it. I felt safe with this doctor and he would always explain everything thoroughly and did an amazing job delivering via c-section. Very easy going doctor and is there to make you feel comfortable and safe as a patient. I am going back with next pregnancy and any OBGYN related things.

Dr. Phelan is a kind and intelligent man. He truly listens to your needs. After listenI got to me and considering the issue, he will discuss the best plan of action.
